Add water

RECOMENDATIONS:
Method 1 (QUICK): Top the brewer with hot water - around 96 °C (fill it to the top edge) 3 - 4 times allowing all water to drip through between each pour.
Method 2 (CUSTOM): Pour hot water (90–96°C) over the drip bag until it’s about halfway full. Let it drain completely. Repeat this several times allowing all water to drip through between each pour. Use 160 - 200 ml of water.

INFO: If you will boil the water it will have around 96 °C after a minute or so

Remove the brewer

Remove the brewer after approximately 2 minutes from start of pouring water. Be very careful as parts of the brewer can be hot.

Both methods used in step #3 will result in different cup of coffee. Feel free to experiment with a combination of both to find your favorite balance!

INFO:  It is important for you to find your own balance when brewing coffee. Adding more or less hot water will result in stronger or milder tastes. Also temperature and time of brew or immersion will change the outcome. Use our recommended values as a guidance.

DEEPER INTO BREWING

If you want to explore ratios you can use BrewApproach Simple ratio Calculator. Don't forget to always add additional 10 - 20ml of water as some of it is getting lost (absorbed ) in the process of brewing. Your ONE contains 10g of coffee.
